• We are looking for volunteers to represent our parishes, provide gifts to passersby, and receive donations for our parishes at a table near the Administration Building. 

Friday, 10/3, 4:00am - 10:00pm 
Saturday, 10/4, 10:00am - 6:00pm 
Sunday, 10/5, 10:00am - 6:00pm 
Saturday, 10/11, 10:00am - 6:00pm 
Sunday, 10/12, 10:00am - 6:00pm 
Monday, 10/13, 10:00am - 6:00pm 

• Tickets
  If you sign up to help and will need a ticket to get in, please let us know in the comments when you sign up. We have a limited number of tickets available for volunteers.
   
• Parking
  We cannot provide parking.

Prepare Giveaway Items

We'll be handing out keychains, flyers, and water bottles with our logo on them. The water bottle labels need to be put on by hand and we need your help to get this done. We will be meeting at the hall at St. Rose on the following dates/times: 

• 9/29, 6:00 - 7:30 pm
• 9/30, 10:00am - 12:00pm

RSVP to Receive a Ticket
If you would like to get into the fair for Mass, you will need a ticket from us. You can stay for the day with the ticket you use to get in for Mass, but you must enter with your Mass ticket before 9am Mass. Please RSVP below if you need a ticket. Complete the form once for every person in your party.
We have a limited number of tickets and seats in the building for Mass.
TICKETS ARE FOR PARISHIONERS ONLY.
Please do not request more tickets than you need. We want to as many parishioners as possible to receive them, and we do not want to take advantage of the generosity of the Topsfield Fair in allowing us to have these tickets.

Where is Mass?
Mass is in the Education Building (next to the Bee Building).

I don't see the form to RSVP.
If the form to sign up for tickets is not appearing below, it means we are, unfortunately, out of tickets/seats for Mass.
There are plenty of other parish Mass times for you to attend. Click here for our Mass schedule.

Our parishes have a table at the Fair.  The table will be located near the Administration Building, close to the main entrance to the fair.
