Welcome to our Religious Education Program

Welcome to our newly upgraded registration system for Religious Education for 2026-2027.  We have been using Flocknote for our communications for the past several years, and now we are using it to integrate our registration process. If you have received communication from us in the past (including weekly parish emails, religious education updates etc.), then you are already a part of Flocknote.

When you click to register, use the phone or email that you recive messages through Flocknote already. If you haven't signed up yet, you will be prompted to as part of registration. Flocknote will text or email you a temproary code to log in. 

There are 2 sections to the registration process: Family Registration and Class Selection. 

In the Family Registration section: 

• Please register all family members, even if they are not registering for religious education classes this year. 
• Do not include your child’s email or phone (we only need contact information for the adults) 

When enrolling your child in a class, please be sure to answer all questions, then scroll past your other children and emergency contact to the green oval “sign them up!” button. You will recieve a confirmation email for each child you register, and when you pay the registration fee online. Payment can be made through Flocknote, or by cash or check. Registration is not complete until payment has been received

What will my payment show as?

Payment will show "St. Rose of Lima" on your bank or credit card statement regardless of which church you register with. All payments will be dispersed to your registered parish as in years past. 

I was a part of flocknote but no longer have access to the email or phone I used, should I make a new account?

If you have been on flocknote before, there is no need to sign up again. Simply email us with your current contact info and we will get your account updated.

How can I update my registration?

You may return to modify a registration, add a baptismal certificate, or make a payment by visiting https://stagnesandstrose.flocknote.com/signup/260676  

What if I have a conflict or concern with the classes?

Group based classes are our model for religious education. If you have a consistent conflict or concern with the group based classes, please contact us prior to registration so that we can help find a suitable solution.
