Archbishop Henning, Bishop McManus, Bishop da Cunha, and Bishop Byrne have sent a Message this weekend to the Clergy, Religious, and Lay Faithful of Massachusetts regarding the “Prioritizing Patient Access to Care Act,” a new Massachusetts law which permits abortion throughout pregnancy for any reason.
